FAQ · FREQUENTLY ASKED

What people ask before a consultation

If what you need is not here, write it in the inquiry field of the request form and we will cover it in our reply.

Is there a set minimum processing volume?

It varies with the type of raw material and the processing conditions, so we do not set a single figure. Tell us your volume and delivery date and we will confirm at the consultation stage whether our line can take it.

How should I send the raw material?

Delivery to the plant is the default, and in Suncheon and nearby Jeollanam-do we support direct cold chain vehicle delivery (charged separately). As a rule we process within 24 hours of intake.

How is the unit processing rate calculated?

It depends on the condition and volume of the raw material and on the processing conditions. The cost we quote is based on delivery to the plant and may be adjusted after inspection. The quote itself costs nothing.

I am not sure whether HPP suits our product.

Tell us the item and your target shelf life and we will first review whether HPP can be applied. If it is hard to judge, you can run a small trial batch and decide after seeing the result.

Can I request a facility tour as well?

Yes. Select Facility tour as the inquiry type. The route passes through production areas, so tours run by prior booking; apply at least 3 business days before your preferred date and we will arrange the schedule.

NOTICE

Consultations open in October

We are not accepting requests for consultations, quotes or facility tours at the moment. The same goes for phone and email inquiries. We are saying so in advance to save you a wasted trip.

Our HACCP certification application is currently under assessment. We believe it would be inappropriate to commit to processing conditions or delivery dates before the assessment is complete.

In October we will start consultations on a settled basis. As soon as the date we start accepting requests is fixed, this page will be the first place we announce it.
